Systematic genomic analysis of Pandoravirus species — among the largest known viruses with genomes exceeding 2.5 Mb. Investigation of repeat element distribution, putative gene identification, and comparison with Mimivirus and other nucleo-cytoplasmic large DNA viruses (NCLDVs).
