Project Overview

A novel computational framework testing whether host-viral compatibility can be decomposed into reusable, biologically grounded components. Uses a two-level schema (L1 functional, L2 molecular) validated via Acanthamoeba/Mimivirus contrast and rotavirus-gut bridge. Phase 1 complete with schema implementation.
